Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Jaded London pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or a different size/style via our exchange option.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package your items in their original packaging and download your pre-paid shipping label or QR code from the portal.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; you will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed at our warehouse.
